What is Kava Kava?
Kava kava is a beverage that is made from Piper methysticum, a plant native to the South Pacific islands. The Polynesians have been consuming Pure Kava for thousands of years. Kava kava is a tea like drink made from dried roots that are pounded into a fine powder and then saturated in water and then strained.
